Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  1. We, here at www.craftsventure.com, have an unparalleled Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy.
  2. We offer refunds for the products which qualify under the following categories:
    1. Damaged, Defective, and Broken Products
    2. Any Products which is different from the ordered one and are not in consonance with the description and pictures provided by the Seller on the Website
  3. Any order placed on our Website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order on the Website and making the payment, provided the Product has not been already shipped to You. If the User wishes to cancel an order, the User shall drop an email at customercare@craftsventure.com with the order number sent through the email requesting cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted unless the Product falls under the categories in Clause 2.
  4. When an order is being cancelled for reasons under Clause 2, You may either email Us or contact the Seller directly. However every cancellation request shall be made within two (2) days of receipt of the Product, failing which the cancellation request will not be entertained.
  5. When You are sending a cancellation request to Us, You are required to email Us with the images of defective Product at customercare@craftsventure.com, along with Your details including Name, Address and Order Number.
  6. When You wish to raise a cancellation request directly with the Seller, You may login into Your account on Our Website and under Your account, You shall find appropriate links to contact the Seller, where You shall attach relevant images, Your information, Product information and other details. You shall mark a cc to customercare@craftsventure.com when a communication is made with the seller.
  7. Kindly allow atleasttwo (2) days for the Seller to revert to You. If the Seller shall not revert within two (2) days or does not handle the issue to your satisfaction, You may contact Us for resolving the issue and provide the details of Your interaction with the Seller.
  8. If any order is returned to Us due to the unavailability of the User/Customer, We shall reach out to the Customer, and try to resend the shipment for an additional shipment fee. If the Customer is not able to receive the item after two (2) attempts, We shall retain 25% of the Payment as cancellation fees and cancel the order and refund 75% of the total transaction price to the Customer.
  9. You understand that any refund claims is valid, provided the item is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.
  10. No refunds shall apply on certain products. However it shall be specified on the Product page whether a Product can be returned.
  11. Once a refund claim has been approved, it shall be Your responsibility to pack the Product properly and send it to the Seller with the tags, bills and invoices. Once the Seller confirms the receipt of Product in good condition, the amount shall be refunded to You within three (3) days directly to the account You paid with.
  12. When an item is returned due to damage on the sellers part, you will be compensated for the return courier charges. In Case returns other than this customer shall bear the charges.
  13. For Cash on delivery transactions refunds can only happen via gift vouchers or coupons and cash refunds are not allowed for COD Customers.
  14. No refund claims shall be entertained in the following cases:
    1. Minor design and colour variation as with handloom and handmade products.
    2. Package returned in a used or damaged condition (other than images provided)
